    炸至香脆花肉中式汉堡包,有别于西式汉堡的速冻肉饼,口感和味道满分。

    Step 1

    馒头做法Method for Bun : 把全部材料A放入搅拌机以中速搅拌成幼滑面团,取出切割成等份,约每粒重30克,揉圆待发至双倍 大,然后移入预热的蒸锅,以大火蒸8分钟至熟即成馒头。Mixes all ingredients into smooth dough, separate into 30g equal portion, let rise until double in size; steam in high heat for 8 minutes.

    馅料做法Method for Filling : 1.将五花肉搽上调味料A腌2-3小时,然后以油煎至微黄,取出切片。Marinate pork belly with seasoning A for 2-3 hours; then sear with oil until light brown and cut into slices.

    2.加入调味料B拌匀,然后蒸1⁄2小时,取出待凉。Mixes pork slices with seasoning B and steam for 1⁄2 hour, let cool down.

    3.把蒸熟的五花肉沾上面糊,以热油炸至香脆,捞出沥油。Coat the steamed pork belly slices with batter, deep fry until crispy, drain.

    Step 5

    4.把馒头切半,铺上生菜放入一片香脆花肉、大葱圈,挤入海鲜酱、辣椒酱便可享用。Halve the steaam bun, sandwich with lettuce, pork belly and onion ring, top with Hoisin sauce and chili sauce, ready to serve.
